Kit Wanty-Lambert and Adam Lambert are the visionary proprietors of Vista El Pomar, an 11-acre hilltop luxe farm nestled in the heart of the El Pomar District AVA in Paso Robles, California. Since acquiring the estate in January 2024, they have reimagined it as a vibrant, diversified agricultural haven—where rows of Grenache Blanc vines, fields of fragrant lavender, and a hillside of Espadín agave thrive under the Central Coast sun. The property also features a short-term rental, the Villa at Vista El Pomar, offering guests an immersive stay in the heart of wine country.
Adam, a Cal Poly graduate and seasoned force in the beverage world, brings his expertise as a partner at BeyondSpirits and founder of Craft- Union, with a thirty-year track record in the industry. Kit, president of O&W and the fifth generation to lead her family’s beer distribution business, has spent 25 years in the beer industry and is among only a handful of female presidents in the U.S., breaking barriers in a traditionally male-dominated field.
Their daughter, Ava Morgeson, recently graduated with a degree in Wine and Viticulture from Cal Poly and plays a vital role in the family business, blending academic insight with hands-on experience to help shape the estate’s next chapter.
